Online services: Complete a form to report a problem with pest control
Pest Control services can be arranged by contacting us during normal working hours, i.e. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Our staff will provide advice or make an appointment for an officer to carry out treatment.
About how we provide the service
Burnley Borough Council Pest Control is part of Burnley Borough Council's Environmental Services. The Service prides itself on the quality of the service provided. All Burnley Council pest control staff work to written treatment standards and undertake written risk assessments for all work carried out. Burnley Council Pest Control provides a service to domestic properties to control pests and will, wherever possible, respond to service requests within 2 working days.
Burnley Borough Council treat the following types of pest control problems:
Cockroaches
Fleas and Bedbugs: A fee of £46.05 (inc. VAT) per visit is made for services provided to domestic customers
Common Wasp : A fee of £46.05 (inc. VAT) per visit is made for services provided to domestic customers
Mice
Rats
