Latest News:

On 1st April 2009 the Council received a direction from the Secretary of State saving all the policies in the Burnley Local Plan.  You can download a copy of the direction below.

The Burnley Local Plan was adopted on the 4th April 2006. New interactive pages allow the user to search for a site and identify the Local Plan policies affecting it. You can view the text and maps at
