Construction Information
The Environmental Protection Team monitors all aspects of remedial work undertaken when redeveloping sites, any proposed new development, which is to be built on previously developed land, or if they fall within an area of close proximity of any known former landfill sites.
The developer will need to submit an initial desk study to this department, identifying the site history and possible contamination caused by its historical use.
