Pest Control services can be arranged by contacting us during normal working hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm on Wednesday. Our staff will provide advice or make an appointment for an officer to carry out treatment.

About how we provide the service

Burnley Borough Council Pest Control Service is part of Burnley Borough Council's Environmental Services. The Service prides itself on the quality of the service provided. All Burnley Council pest control staff work to written treatment standards and undertake written risk assessments for all work carried out. Burnley Council Pest Control provides a service to domestic properties to control pests and will, wherever possible, respond to service requests within 2 working days.
