Business rates

Non-domestic rates, or business rates, is a tax on property that is not domestic and is how businesses and others who occupy non-domestic properties make a contribution towards local services. 

 

You can now set up a Direct Debit online to pay your business rates.

Use this form to tell us of changes to your business rates account.

2018/19 business rates bills

We have calculated the new business rates accounts for the period 2018/19, and we will be issuing the bills on 13 March 2018.

Is your business rates account in credit?

If your account is in credit, you can choose to leave the credit to offset future liability. Alternatively, you can request a refund. If you want to request a refund, please complete and return the Business Rates Refund Form.
