The team offers a comprehensive property service for companies looking to relocate their business in Burnley. We meet with agents on a regular basis to compile a list of available commercial property in the town. Employment Site Development - The council is involved in working with developers and partners to bring forward new employment sites and premises across the borough. This also includes bid writing to gain external funding to support these schemes. Contact Alex Hooley on 01282 477206.
Statistical Information - The council provides a range of economic information including population, employment by sector and unemployment levels. The council also undertakes Business Surveys, which look at topics such as recruitment, training and the provision of general business support.
