Burnley Council has launched its annual residents’ survey to gauge people’s priorities and help shape its services.
The survey, which is open to anyone living in the borough, covers a number of issues including satisfaction levels about services, questions about Thompson Park and the customer service the council provides, anti-social behavior issues, and the three best and worst things about Burnley.
The council’s executive member for community services, Councillor Lian Pate, said: “The council works closely with other public services to make decisions about the provision of services for local people.
“We want to hear directly from residents across the borough about the issues that matter the most to them.
“It’s vital that we make sure our work and the services we provide are focused on what local people want and need.
“People’s responses will be used to help us monitor progress and identify further improvements to the services that we provide.”

The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and the responses will be used to help the council monitor progress and identify further improvements to the services that it provides.
The closing date is 3rd December.
All responses will be collated and the results of the survey reported to councillors early next year.
