Victoria Alker (Green) 51 votes

Philip Robert Chamberlain (Conservative) 115

Andrew John Devanney (Labour) 249

Peter Rennie McCann (Liberal Democrat) 341

Paula Christine Riley (Burnley and Padiham Independent) 154

 

Peter McCann is elected as councillor for the ward with a majority of 92.

The seat changed hands from the Burnley and Padiham Independent Party to the Liberal Democrats.
