Most illuminated adverts need consent, as do most banners.
Burnley Borough Council is not responsible for the content of adverts. If you would like to comment or complain about the content of an advert, contact the Advertising Standards Agency or visit its website.
Contact the Housing and Development Control team for more information if you would like to put up an outdoor advertisement.
