Cycling - General Information
Burnley Borough Council has worked closely with partners, Lancashire County Council, SUSTRANS (sustainable transport charity), British Waterways and others to develop a network of cycle routes around Burnley & Padiham.
A Cycling Strategy was developed and adopted by the Council. It identified a network of core cycling routes around the Borough. A map of those routes has been produced and is updated regularly.
