Ways to Pay a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN).
If you have received a Fixed Penalty Notice through the POST (if you have received a fixed penalty notice in person please follow the instructions on your FPN or click on the the Pay your Local Authority Support (LAS) Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) Now at the bottom of the page) otherwise these are the ways you can pay.

Or, by Cheque, to Streetscene, Town Hall, Manchester Road Burnley, BB11 9SA, please make sure you include the reference number and the name of the authorising officer.
Please note we no longer accept any cash payment.
If you decide not to pay the Fixed Penalty, the Council will commence legal proceedings to prosecute you for this matter. If you are found guilty of such an offence, the current maximum fine in the Magistrates' Court is £1,000.
The fixed penalty notice is your opportunity for discharging any liability to conviction, I would advise you to pay it, within the 14 days allowed however if you wish to challenge the issuing of this Notice then please contact the Streetscene Solicitor at Burnley Borough Council Streetscene, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 9SA.
